Thirty-two postgraduate students from the ICT Faculty of The ICT University recently defended their end-of-course projects before a jury panel of top-notch professors and doctors at the campus located in the Zoatupsi neighbourhood in Yaoundé.

The candidates presented solution-oriented applications and programmes, detailing how their projects address real-world problems. Notable projects included “KUMY AI,” a real-time tracking platform that helps parents monitor their children’s locations; a “Child Vaccination Management System” that enables parents to book vaccination appointments for their children; and a “Liquid Level Monitoring System” designed to prevent water tanks from overflowing, thus reducing waste and shortages. Additionally, several business-oriented projects were showcased, such as “Automated Smart Poultry Farms for Cameroon.”
