Senator Nfon Mukete IV Ekoko, ruler of the Bafaws in Kumba, Southwest region of Cameroon has on his behalf and that of his people, issued a goodwill message to President Paul Biya on the occasion of his 42nd anniversary as leader of Cameroon.
Nfon Mukete, on behalf of the Bafaw tribe and the royal family of Kumba, extended heartfelt wishes and renewed loyalty to President Biya, acknowledging his tireless efforts in leading the state towards emergence by 2035
In a letter, Nfon Mukete highlights President Biya’s wisdom and leadership qualities, which he says have been instrumental in maintaining a stable and united Cameroon since 1982. The Nfon says the President’s commitment to the nation’s growth and development has earned him widespread respect and admiration.
“On the occasion of the 42nd Anniversary of your historic accession to the Supreme Magistracy this Wednesday 6 November 2024, the entire Bafaw tribe and the royal family of Kumba profoundly extend their best wishes and renewed loyalty to you, as you relentlessly continue to lead the State towards emergence by 2035.
“Your wisdom and leadership qualities have led Cameroon towards a stable and united Cameroon since November 6, 1982.
“We wish you good health and continuous wisdom in all your endeavours.
“May the Almighty God’s richest blessings and protection continue to cover and inspire you”, the Nfon wrote.
The Present Nfon of the Bafaws, Senator Nfon Mukete IV Ekoko has continued to maintain the warm relationship that was shared by his father and predecessor, Nfon E. Mukete, with President Paul Biya.
The late Nfon was a statesman, who served in the senate as well as other levels of administration before his death. Apart from his strides in the political world, the late Nfon was also a businessman who invested in several areas and sectors.
