A lot of wrong things were said on a private Camerounese television station this afternoon, May 26, 2019. One of such things was the adulterated interpretation of the phrase INCLUSIVE DIALOGUE.
It is absolutely unambiguous that, when foreign governments and international bodies make the case for an INCLUSIVE DIALOGUE in the context of the current war against Anglophones alias Ambazonians, they have essentially two things in mind: persons and the object.
With regard to persons, they are urging that all Anglophones groups at indifferent places and of divergent opinions should be admitted to the dialogue forum. Pragmatically, Anglophones in the territory and Anglophones outside of the territory should participate. Also, Anglophones who still have the sense of belonging to one united country with the Francophones; Anglophones seeking a return to the federal system, (with two or more federated states); as Anglophones desirous of restoring their 1961 independence in the name of Ambazonia shall attend.
The object of the inclusive dialogue has already been stated succinctly in the last foregoing paragraph: there should be no taboo matter – there should be NO PRECONDITIONS. The moment someone says separation or federation shall not be on the discussion table, the dialogue ceases to be inclusive: the dialogue is no longer FREE of preconditions!!!
UNFORTUNATELY, Francophone speakers/leaders have misconstrued INCLUSIVE DIALOGUE to mean that not only the ANGLOPHONE CRISIS will be on the table. They erroneously hold that dialogue would be a forum to discuss all the socio-politico-economic woes of Cameroun.
OF COURSE NOT!!!
FRANCOPHONES, (with the exception of a negligible percentage), cannot fold their arms and sadistically watch the spilling of Anglophone blood for years only to step in at the end to reap where they never sowed! They cannot encourage genocide against the Anglophones only to take advantage of their own crimes/wrongs! They cannot use Anglophone taxes to buy weapons; then use the weapons to massacre Anglophones so as to beget a pretext to redress their archaic and corrupt socio-political system!
NO! CERTAINLY NOT!!
INCLUSIVE DIALOGUE MEANS
THE CAMEROUNESE GOVERNMENT
AMBAZONIANS OF ALL SHADES OF OPINIONS
AT THE TABLE AS TWO INDEPENDENT PEOPLES
FOR DISCUSSIONS ON THEIR FUTURE RELATIONS!!!
PERIOD!!!
IF DIALOGUE IS NOT EVEN A MISNOMER AT THIS POINT IN TIME!!!
