Emily, a Cameroonian-Norwegian gospel singer, has become a beacon of inspiration in the gospel music industry, blending her faith and talent to touch lives across continents.

While her singing journey began in 2002, Emily’s transition into gospel music came much later, in 2019, after she received a prophecy that changed her life.

“I never thought of becoming a gospel singer,” Emily said.

She received the prophecy in February 2019 at Glory House Revival Ministries in Norway.

“It was a big shock. But I took it seriously and started working towards it. When God calls you, He qualifies you.”

Emily started composing her own songs two months after receiving the prophecy.

By December of that year, she released her first single, “Unchangeable Jehovah”, a milestone that marked the beginning of her gospel music ministry.

But her journey into music was not without its challenges.

Between 2015 and 2018, her church lacked a keyboardist.

As the choir leader, Emily stepped up, teaching herself to play the keyboard within four months.

This reflected her determination and faith.

In 2021, Emily released her first gospel album, “Done for Me”.

The album is an eight-track compilation that showcases her deep spiritual reflections.

She followed it with a four-track EP in 2022, which further cemented her place in the gospel music scene.

Emily’s dedication to her ministry extended beyond studio recordings.

In 2023, she organized her first concert, “Worship Revival,” in Cameroon, featuring ministers from Europe and Africa.

The success of this event led to the second edition in Norway in 2024.

She plans for the third edition in 2025, where Emily will also launch her new six-track album titled, “All Authority”.

“I’m grateful for the opportunity to minister in other European countries,” Emily said.

Emily’s journey in music ministry began in Cameroon, where she was an active member of the St. Peter and Paul Catholic Youth Movement (SAPCYM) in Yaoundé.

Serving in various leadership roles, she honed her organizational skills and deepened her faith.

Beyond her music, Emily is a motivational speaker, philanthropist, and plant biologist.

She juggles her career and ministry with family life, embodying the grace she often sings about.

She firmly believes God is piloting her towards greater achievements in ministry.

“God’s grace has brought me this far,” Emily said. “And I’m excited for what lies ahead.”
