The 26 clubs affiliated to the SWRL of FECAFOOT were all invited to be part of this ceremony presided over by the President of the Bureau Dr Ndive Molungu Thomas in the presence of his Secretary General Esowe Sylvester Mwambo and the Administrative Agent Bissong Thomas Makia.
