The Legend Law Offices in Buea were the venue for a significant campaign stop this past Sunday, as they hosted a courtesy visit from presidential candidate Hiram Samuel Iyodi.
Mr Iyodi, at 38 is the youngest of the twelve candidates contesting the 12th October presidential election. He presented his manifesto and a comprehensive roadmap for the nation during his meeting in Buea. The charismatic and dynamic leader outlined his vision for Cameroon’s future to an audience of legal professionals and local elites.
The event was hosted by Edward Lyonga Ewule, a figure of considerable standing in the region. Mr Ewule, who serves as Vice President of the General Assembly of the Cameroon Bar Association, is a renowned human rights lawyer and a prominent opinion leader in Fako and the wider Southwest region.
In his remarks, Barrister Ewule praised the presidential candidate for his political courage. He confirmed that their discussions had been “frank and forward-looking, focusing on the future of the country and his presidential bid.”
The meeting at Legend Law Offices highlights was in line with Iyodi’s efforts to build support and articulate his policies among influential community leaders ahead of the crucial poll next week.
