MTN Cameroon has reinforced its position as a leader in people-centred organisational culture after receiving the Top Employer 2026 certification. The international recognition highlights the company’s commitment to fostering a workplace where employees thrive both professionally and personally.
The evaluation, conducted by the Top Employers Institute, assessed key human resources dimensions including leadership development, managerial transparency, wellbeing programmes, internal mobility and skills development frameworks.
The 2026 certification recognises MTN Cameroon’s sustained efforts to enhance employee engagement through innovative initiatives. The company’s HR team has prioritised continuous learning, structured mentorship and inclusive leadership, factors that contributed significantly to the positive assessment.
“By adopting a people-centred approach, MTN Cameroon enriches the world of work and promotes sustainable standards of excellence,” said Adrian Seligman.

For Evangeline Biboum, the distinction crowns the company’s 25-year journey of cultivating a culture rooted in trust, performance and innovation.
“We remain committed to being the employer of choice in Cameroon and across the telecommunications sector,” she added.
